When bringing my BSc(Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine and Body Knowing and Consciousnes to you, your health is the priority. Providing the environment for your body to find increased health and well being is what we work on together.
My name is Heidi Grayson and have a BSc(Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine as my foundation and integrate all my 25 years of experience into Body Inspired Living. Structural balance of bones, muscles and internal organ alignments. This can be done structurally moving one part in relation to another, viscerally moving one organ in relation to another part or cranially doing the same on a gentle level for the central nervous system. The latter approach is useful in working with acute injuries, babies, people who prefer a gentle approach and the elderly.
My most recent addition is the approach I use is Access Consciousness that was founded by Gary Douglas. The "Bars", a modality within the Access Consciousness classes, are 32 positions on the head that when held can clear out past blockages and limitations in many different areas that affect our lives eg Money, control, creation, time & space, form & structure, age. The outcome of having the Bars run is more space for you to be you and being able to maintain that through the challenges that life brings your way. Dynamic tools that can be used to create more expansiveness and creativity and productivity. For more information check out the webpage:
