What you do, in a nutshell?
I tailor my skills to the individual needs of my patients using a mixture of structural as well as functional techniques, alongside managing my patients’ ideas, concerns, and expectations. I also incorporate exercise programs and discuss other behavioral strategies that might help the patient in their recovery and overall wellbeing

When I’m not at the Connect Osteopathy clinic,
I enjoy surfing, hula hooping, skateboarding, dancing, cooking, doing art, and discovering new places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and professional place! I called for a sports massage last minute and they were able to squeeze me in between two patients the same day. The treatment was great and the therapist surely experienced and able to hit all the most important trigger points (I am a professional athlete, I’m used to being treated and I can surely say when someone is good. They were). I made another appointment as it was definitely worth it!
They take reservations both online and on the phone, but I would recommend giving a call, you might get more options.

I required an urgent apt and although I wasn't able to see my usual osteo, the newest osteo on the team could squeeze me in and she was just as brilliant! A team with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
