★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with 2 doctors at this practice. One totally missed a tumor the size of my fist and sent me home. The other was short, rude and made wrong assumptions. I had hoped for better, but 2 doctors at this practice were certainly not holistic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 days wait to see my doctor, sorry not good enough. I have been a patient with my husband and chdren for 20+years and have never experienced this before, disappointing, Dr Palmer is a good doctor and I will be sorry to leave but going elsewhere now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a great beginning here 8 years ago, the practice has gone downhill ever since. It used to offer a range of options to discuss health, but now, due to their inability to retain staff, only Dr Palmer is left to discuss other health options and he is very difficult to get an appointment with.
There is something wrong with the management of the practice as they cannot keep staff or see ANY patient, aside from the first of the day on time, and they don't contact you when they are running late.
Of the last 3 appointments they have been a minimum of 50 mins late, the maximum was 1 hour and 37 mins! I cannot recall an appointment when they have been close to being on time.
Perhaps they are understaffed, but I imagine from my conversation in the waiting room this morning, that lots of patients will be leaving, so that will at least solve that problem.
The staff seem kind enough, but their system is not functioning well and that must be management.

I highly recommend Dr Edward Wright - he is an excellent Dr who listens carefully and takes very good care of his patients.
The nurses are kind and caring and I really like the new patient portal where you can book an appointment online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Wright is our family doctor, he truly listens and isn't just about getting the quick fix. He also believes in the best outcome for everyone not just the symptom at hand. I also had our midwife selected here (rata midwives), highly recommend this practice in family care.
