★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally love Hells Pizza. However, first time visiting the Colombo street store getting a pizza for lunch and very disappointed. The pizza had a soggy base and the toppings are not on properly, so had to eat it with a knife and fork (guessing it hadn't been cooked long enough).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza is generally pretty good, I'd definitely suggest delivery over in store though if you can afford it at the moment though. The last time I ordered for pickup there were signs saying don't come I'm, wait outside and when your pizza is ready we will come out and call your name. No one ever came out. Eventually the guy sitting down in store saw me waiting after around 10-15 minutes and waved me in. It was pretty annoying. BUT the pizza is good... so... just get it delivered. No complaints there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally love hell pizza but today experience very bad, Worst pizza I had in Christchurch. Wastage of money. Nothing was good. I just threw in bin. 0 food quality. Not to recommend anyone this store. ☹️
