★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Hello Stranger and have decided it's my local spot and I'm gonna eat my way through the menu. I must remember to actually take photos cos the food arrived and i just dove on in. I had the lox bagel, decent amount of salmon and it was all yummy. Friend had fried chicken and waffles. Well actually we split our plates. This was also yummy and decadent.
Prices are reasonable, service is great and friendly, easy parking and nice coffee.
Next time i think I'm going to try the soft shell crab croissant ??!

It was a papaya pomegranate prawn cutlet something salad that comes with pork.
I switched pork to chicken.
The dressing i dont know what it was but its kinda sweet (but not too sweet) and so addicting.
Everything went so well.
Chicken, prawns were perfectly cooked, not dry
Definitely will order this again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time out here and the food was super tasty. Classic menu but the flavours and seasoning they used added a lil twist to it, making it super delish!
Atmosphere was super chill, presentable and spacious. Not to mention the staff here were super nice and attentive. Already craving the soft shell crab croissant and the chicken and waffles. So will defs be back next week lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great cafe ambience, really spacious and clean with a relaxed vibe. The staff were all kind and helpful.
I ordered the chicken waffles and while the chicken was delicious and seasoned perfectly, the sugary coating in addition to the maple drizzle on the waffles was quite strong on the sweet side.
Someone at our table ordered gluten free bread with her Eggs Benny and while it's a good start that the option is there, the bread was the stereotypical dense dry GF bread. There are pretty good GF options out there and unfortunately this wasn't it.
However, overall it was a nice experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cafe is located close to Botany. There is plenty of parking in the area.
The cafe is quite large and spacious with indoor and outdoor seating areas. The menu was quite interesting, which is why we went there for brunch. They do table service but have the option of ordering at the table with your phone.
They have the staples like Eggs Bene as well as more interesting items like chicken and waffle and the pecan pie pancake, which is what I went for.
The pancakes were light, fluffy and had a nice flavour. The dulce de leche over the top wasn't overly sweet and the pecan crumble at the bottom added a crunch and flavour. It was an interesting and very tasty dish. It would've been nice with a bit of syrup since the dulce de lech was only on the top of the pancake stack. The ice chocolate was ok, being a bit on the dark side.
The interesting and tasty food is a good reason to stop by and try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a brunch here. I am a croissant fan. But croissant with crab in it? Surprisingly bringing crossaint to the next level!!!!! Coffee is good of course. The staff are friendly. The contemporary style of decorating with spacious space! Good for meeting up with friends ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful setting and view. Yummy Yummy food and very fast service. The atmosphere was relaxing and calming not as busy. Our interaction was refreshing because you don't really see that at all.. Servers interacting with their customers through a joke or two. And they let me order from the kids menu haha. Overall, it was awesome. A beautiful first experience. Definitely will be back again.
