★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good service from a man in a beige hoodie. Just before serving me he had a horrible encounter with a rude customer and he handled it well. The customer was aggressive about his coffee for no reason and blew it out of proportion. The employee handled it very patiently. Appreciate the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite place to get cakes for any occasion. This time I got a Mango Mousse cake for my hubby for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! Everyone else enjoyed it a lot too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always love the cake, but please improve your coffee making skills, spent over $10 for 2 coffees but tasteless is insane. One sip is isn't sure if I caught covid then try second sip yup can't have it no more.
Customer service is bad not even greet customers, don't bother ask what I even want. Just talking to each other so we just yelling out to get their service and attention ?
Definitely not coming back again

Tight space so guess the main business is people buying the cakes.
A farewell going out which is heard often.
Parking is also indicative on focus of on our business.
Will go back and can highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for a meet up with our friends to dine in. It was our first time dining in at Gateau house. Had bought cakes here in the past and was good. Today we had the walnut coffee slice and a slice of green tea fresh cake and some coffee. The coffee here is not bad, no bad aftertaste at all. The walnut coffee cake was quite dense and flavour was not bad. I normally would pick Tiramisu but wanting to try something different. The green tea fresh cake was light, for me it wasn't as good as other cakes that i've tried here, but my wife liked it as it was not too heavy. Overall, a nice place to sit here to chat.
Edited this review because we had drinks a few times here, coffee or chocolate but the quality is not that great. So if you come here, only go for the cake and never the drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a birthday cake and it was certainly a crowd pleaser. Worth the spend. The cake was moist, soft, layered cookie cream and most importantly light. Going for seconds is unavoidable☺️They have huge variety of delectable flavours to choose from. The packaging is sustainable and top notch.
