We lost a propeller and their sales rep, Alistair, went above and beyond our expectations in ordering us a replacement, during the COVID-19 closures, and had it sent to his house so he could deliver it faster. Their daily communication and response times were outstanding. I'd gladly work with them again and would highly recommend them to others.
