★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the Easter long weekend, on Monday at 8:50am the kitchen was closed. When we asked when it would be open, the rather unhelpful response was "Dunno". Beside the sole and surly counter person, the gift shop was good and we bought quite a few nice things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're after a treat while out in the sticks, this is the place for you. Quite possibly the best sausage that's been in my mouth, hands down. Beef burger was fantastic also. Really tasty and a must stop by for a feed. Will be back when up those ways again ?

Birthday lunch was beautifully prepared. Service could be better very busy over holiday period.
