★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go there for any insurance job- terrible communication (or lack thereof) I had to bring my car back again to fix the issue. No timeframe given on the duration of the repair, no phonecall for awaiting parts that had arrived and just sitting there onsite, i had to follow up on them! No apology given from the Owner or Reception for the inconvenience caused, i felt as if i were becoming an annoyance to them so i found myself apologising to them! The fact that i was given 3 different courtesy cars throughout the repair should tell you all you need to know about these Cowboys, so i'll grant them 1star because of those cars. The previous owner Paul who i used to deal with for repairs was the reason why this place had such a great reputation. Had i known that he had moved on from there, i would not have taken my car to them for an insurance repair. I see these Cowboys are riding high on the coattails of Paul's legacy tho lol. Avoid like the Covid Plague!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw the amount of 5 star reviews so naturally followed the crowd to this panel beater. Receptionist comes out to be apart of the “quoting” process.. she priced a part I needed at $35 specific to my car brand plus labour totalling $180 and the actual worker comes out and quotes me $20 plus labour totalling $150 That there made me go searching elsewhere. I go to super cheap auto Upper Hutt. They say one part fits all. Long story short a guy named Isaiah came out with his tools and used a zip tie aswell as undoing some bolts to refit the bumper and cost me $0 vs $180.. Isaiah is a community legend! Don’t settle for these people and their quotes is my lesson behind the rating.. a receptionist quoting jobs is dodgy considering her name isn’t on the certificates inside the reception lobby..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best in class, professional, fantastic workmanship are all terms that describe Heretaunga Collision Repair Centre. After a parking lot accident where someone had parked against my car, I was looking for a repairer, which was when I found the fantastic reviews from Heretaunga Collision Repair Centre. I approached Paul, and I let him know beforehand that I am very pedantic when it comes to my car and that I wanted a repair that looked at least like the bumper came out of the factory which was when Paul assured me that they could meet my expectations. Three days later I was blown away at the fantastic work completed by the team, not only was the repair undetectable my entire bumper also had a new layer of clear coat, and my quarter panel was buffed to a mirror finish, the headlight restored to original condition, and the entire car washed and waxed to a shine. I highly recommend this fantastic team, not only are they incredible people but they surpass the competition with ease.

Thoroughly recommend Heretaunga Collusion Repair to any person requiring remedial work done to there vehicle.
The firm also fitted bumper bars to the back of our campervan and did an oustandibg job for a very reasonable price
