L	Lyn Costello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive bedroom and bathroom marred by no rubbish bin in bathroom, no sink in eating area, Kettle needing to be boiled at a dangerous level for children, an unclean fridge seal. The bedside tables are scratched and covered in old coffee ring stains. We were not comfortable washing plates near a toilet. Otherwise, beautiful, good range of toiletries and great view. Meet and greet and reception needs improvement. Receptionist did not notice we had arrived and no bell to ring. Tatty laminated signs need replacing and the first person we saw was a cleaner with her mask on her chin. I am immunocompromised and had been at the doctor that day so not impressed.

It was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, stunning deck, beautiful spa, coupled with a fresh dip in the lake was divine. We loved being able to get breakfast and dinner onsite. I loved the arancini and mussels. Staff were helpful, I am thinking of coming back in winter!

Air con was quiet and worked well. Very comfortable and super clean. Will stay again if we get the chance.

The food and rooms were amazing, and our party of 60 were seamlessly looked after. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend visiting Heritage Lake Resort for any event. Lara and the team go the extra mile to make things easy and create a special experience.

Great for families with boats if thats your thing, otherwise a lovely view and environment. The restaurant attached to the hotel is delightful with great range of gins and good food - worth the splashing out
