★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Customer service. Had issue with broken clip on my drawer and they seemed the only company that provided this clip. Not only did they send several replacements through to me but they did it free of charge. Recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing level of customer service, I walked in with my broken cupboard catch from an old kitchen unit, was attended to instantly by a helpful lady who took my catch had a rummage in their spares cupboard and came back with a complete set of replacements. No charge and an easy process. I was expecting the run-around and this is too old etc or $100 for set but no ! WOW - this level of service is so rare. When i build a kitchen again i'll insist on their hinges.

Left a message for management to call me back, let's see how we get.
