I asked staff but the lady didn't know the price just she gave me the range of price.Why did i have to guess and have to say"ok".
Any of your staff should answer if there's no price for sushi. Ramen was good but sushi rice on 22 Sep2020 was too chewy! I never had that kind of sushi before. If you are run a business "Japanese cruisine", you should know what's authentic and shouldn't compromise the quality of rice.
I tried Hikari sushi in Chc and Queenstown and both were great! I think it depends on the owner's passion. i didn't feel the passion of making sushi from your shop unfortunately. Must need to improve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi was stuck together. I told the lady at the counter and she said I had to pay for both as it unraveled and made a mess. It wasn’t my fault it was stuck. She didn’t notice until I told her. I mean, I could have left it and she wouldn’t have noticed. But I told her and she insisted I had to pay for it. I’m not from Dunedin and I love sushi. This has made me not want to go there anymore after I had already visited the place 5 times before. It was my last meal till our flight back to Hamilton. She made me feel like a loser and I was very imbarresed. Tried to do something good, and receive the worst. ?

You pay a higher price for fresher sushi, but the quality is good. Very comparable to Japan
Staff are always very friendly and welcoming
