About Hillcrest Electronic Servicing Ltd
Hillcrest Electronic Servicing was started in 1999 by Kishor Morarji in the suburb of Hillcrest in Rotorua.
Kishor loved to fix broken TVs and appliances and soon became known as a guy you could trust to fix anything electrical. Before too long he had a handpicked team of dedicated technicians helping him to fix anything from TVs to burnt-out toasters! He was fascinated with how things worked and this passion drove him to be one of the most successful independent electrical service companies in New Zealand.
Today Hillcrest is led by Kishor’s son, which has seen the company extend its growth outside of Rotorua, covering the wider Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions. Hillcrest Electronic is acknowledged in the industry as one of the most progressive electronic service companies in New Zealand and consistently receives awards for its outstanding service of AV and whiteware products.

β β β β β Took a week before my dryer (still under warranty) was picked up (after my ringing them). No communication at all as to where we were at. Two weeks later after my ringing them for an update it turns out they are waiting on the part from Australia. Totally understand this but a courtesy call to fill me in on what is happening would have been nice. So still we wait. I realize these things take time but come on guys it takes little time to make a quick call?

β β β β β Donβt answer, donβt return calls, lie about wait time, lie about appointment time.
Update: After many calls with no answer, finally got through. Eventually got a loan fridge. It's been two weeks since that happened, no updates, can't get through again.
Samsung are no help either so I guess it's gonna be Fair Go.

EFFICENT PICKUP & DELIVERY WITHIN 4 HOURS.
Left side of tv was playing up - Dim/ dark & unwatchable.
The team at Hillcrest were efficient & would DEFINITELY recommend there service If you are Local Rotorua.

β β β β β I recently had a warranty issue occur with my TV and Hillcrest Electronics were sent to repair this. They quickly found the failure in my TV and were able to order the parts, replace the malfunctioned electronics and get my TV back in perfectly working condition all within two days.
