★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came and had a look with no measurements or diagnostics, quoted for at least $550+gst to repair a 10yr old dishwasher at which we could just buy a new one. no toolkit on hand but require to take it back to their shop first. we refused to proceed and the cowboy charged $92 for doing nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person turned up and had a sore back, I understand this can be painful and was sympathetic. But the repair turned into a discussion on his back and how he needs to be on ACC but can't because he has work to do, he can't take pain relief during the day. He spent more time discussing his back than he did on the repair, then charged be a big cost for time spent on a simple change of element.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed in the behaviour and the unprofessional that was displayed when the technician arrived to repair my oven. Quote was never given and he replaced the the parts without advertising me of the rough final cost. The technician was onsite for 2 hour replaced two elements and a switch in my oven and presented me with a bill of over $900 without presenting me a cost of the parts prior to the installation. The technician was must be the owner of the business because he knocked $150 off the bill if I paid cash. This guy is a conman, do not use this company if you could call it that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNRELIABLE AND RUDE. Was told I was booked in for 3-4pm and took time out of my work day to come home to have the house open for the technician to come and inspect the machine. By 3.50 no one had turned up, and I hadn’t received a courtesy call to alert me to any issues. I needed to leave the house at 4pm so I called the company to ask what was going on. I said I wasn’t prepared to pay a service fee for someone to only be there for 5-10 minutes and could I rebook. I was rudely told that I should have understood that the technician would arrive in that hour and need an extra 40 minutes. This was not communicated at all in my initial booking and so close to 4pm I wasn’t able to or prepared to wait around. The worst part was the lady on the phone who was rude, unapologetic and actually said “you need to understand that all companies like ours work like this” and “this is just what happens”. At no point did she say “I’m sorry there’s been a delay or I’m sorry this wasn’t made clear” or any kind of understanding.
If you care about your customers you take the time to listen or you provide a quick courtesy call, communication is everything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR SERVICE TO ANYONE. I should have read the reviews first which show that these people have no clue about customer service and even their responses to bad reviews show gaslighting behaviour like I experienced on the phone!
