★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was beautiful however very noticeable short on staff. The rooms weren't cleaned The whole stay, no one on reception on concierge the three times we went down and the corridors smelt like urine constantly. Why didn't stay in much as there's so much to do in Queenstown, however might be best checking somewhere else and their prices before coming here. Staff (when we saw them) were really lovely ☺ our waiter was a little nervous, he seemed really new and messed out order a few times. But he really was super friend and the manager clocked that a vegetarian 5able got meat sent to it for the second time ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely week-long stay at the resort. Stayed in both the Hilton and the Doubletree.
Fantastic service and wonderful location. The complimentary wine and chocolate really made my day.
The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Awesome experience.
Only downside was there were many insects on the ceiling of the room I had for my first night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were amazed by the service and facilities. The room is spacious, clean and modern. We had the premium king room and it overlooked the lake. The view was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and the heated pool was great for family. We would definitely come back!

Spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed. Room service is nice and quick. Clean and tidy room.
Parking - hard to find, but their 'sister' Three Trees, have ample parking ($14) over night

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, disappointed with my 6 day stay. Room was quite dusty on arrival. Food offered at the hotel in very average with huge price tags. Facilities such as, pool and gym are not very clean or have anything special to offer. Hotel could use an internal serious face lift, new carpets, modern fixtures and lighter paint would create a more clean and aesthetic atmosphere. Very noisey mostly, especially around the halls and pool, full of children, this hotel would be better if it was adults only or at least 16+ only. BUT, its not all bad, the location is hard to beat, beds are comfortable and views are great. I would stay here again only in the off season if I could get a really good price. Not worth spending high prices here, there are better places to stay for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had nice few days stay at Hilton few weeks ago. It's a very new place so everything is modern and in working order. Rooms are decent size, staff is friendly and restaurant food is very nice. Location wise it's perfect and you get beautiful views of the lake with plenty of sun. Water taxi is very handy that departs right from the hotel and it's discounted for hotel guests. It's super easy to commute to city with water taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to let u know we had an amazing stay recently. And wanted to pass on my compliments to your staff. Every one was again outstanding. The text messages were really helpful and appreciated. Given you may have been missing staff with isolating this did not in anyway impact our stay and service was as usual to an outstanding level. Having the buffet breakfast back was a delight. Again a 12 out of 10 stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent scenic location. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
The food was also great.
The rooms were spacious and clean with great views of the lake.
There is a also a discount offered to use the water taxi to go into town from outside the hotel which was brilliant.
The only thing I thought needed improvement is I had attempted to call the hotel before we arrived and also during our stay and could not get through to reception. Having said that I used the messaging service on the app and I received a quick response.
