★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner had stayed here for 4 nights, every staff member we had approached were super friendly and made our stay feel so comfortable. The breakfast here is so yummy was one of favorites. The view from our room was spectacular. They had made exceptions for us because we thought dinner started at 8 but it finished at 8, but they said well still take your order if you come down so yup they did and it was so yummy big up to the chef and kitchen hand, also our waiter that night was super nice and made our dinner stay very welcoming. We loved both reception ladies we encountered with throughout our stay. Anything we needed they always came through with helping hands. Just one of of best stays we've been too and we have been to alot thank you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah I don't know about this place anymore. Stayed here 7 times and it's worse and worse.
Shower pressure is pathetic, had red wine stains on the carpet in the room. Cleanliness of the room was yuk. Looked under the bed and no good.
Food was a bit average. Think I'll be staying at holiday Inn express next time.
The only good thing was the view of the airport from the restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time staying at the holiday inn. I enjoyed my first time so much that I had booked two rooms for my family for my stay during Easter. I was upset as the hotel had noticed I did two separate bookings but failed to tell me until I arrived that they could not offer me rooms next to each other - they had plenty of notice but did not let me know. The maintenance of the grounds was really bad, rubbish outside all of the doors. I stayed in the two queen beds room and that block was covered of linen and rubbish. Housekeeping was slow so we opted to get our room cleaned however our sheets and duvet inners were stained and dirty. One bed had no second sheet. Our room also had a door connecting to the another room that was not ours - you could hear everything and doors had no lock. No privacy also on the lower floor with people wandering up and down and no real separation from the other rooms. Internet was also out on the last day or two of our stay and no alternative was offered or call to let us know. We were simply offered the lobby wifi - not ideal given we are holiday. Unfortunately I booked a room there in June as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel but service was well below par. Or group communicated well with hotel prior to arrival. When our group wanted a drink at 5.00pm were told bar was not open until 5.30. Tea was buffet style and the food run out. As I was a little late getting to be seated missed my meal. After dinner drinks did not last long as the staff failed to advise our group that the bar would close at 9.00pm. Forcing our group of 20 + people to find drinks at another establishment. Breakfast was very good and we did appreciate the early breakfast at 5.00am. Not keen on returning at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay and prime location. Room was modern and clean with a lake view. All staff very friendly and helpful with enquiries. Complementary cooked breakfast really won me over. Great selections of hot and cold foods. Well worth the stay. Recommend to all visiting QT.

On arrival, we were greeted warmly and were upgraded to a better room than what we had booked.
The room was spacious and very clean. The same for the dining room where breakfast is served - great buffet options and we were also served plates of hot food on some days.
Great location, plenty of parking and they have great Covid procedures for housekeeping. Amazing views from the room!
Rutu from the front desk was so friendly and so was Cris every morning at breakfast - these two ladies were so smiley even at 7am.
