Easy to deal with and reasonable rates.
The equipment I've hired from there has been in good condition (none of it anywhere is ever new, and it gets a hard time), functional and gets the job done.
The drop off procedure for after hours service is convenient and easy to follow.

I was quoted $50.00 for 4 hrs. Only had for 3 hrs and charged me $60.00. When tried to stand my ground with customers always right and to receive customer service I had to demand he ring the guy that quoted me 3 times, the quote guy tried to say it was $50.00 for 2 hrs, which I would not have taken it for 2 hrs, the bigger trailer is $65 so the prices weren't even adding up. He had such a rude Arrogant attitude which in trun got my heckles up and clearly don't care about customers service. They make you pay after use which what ever price they throw at you what can you do you have already used it. I won't be using them again this is the second time the attitude has been there and rip off prices
