★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website is not a booking site, they take your money, then they check whether they have vehicles. They call you few hours later if the vehicle is unavailable and you have to wait for them to refund and cancel the charges. The person on the phone is unprofessional and really should have some customer service training. Will avoid the entire brand because of this experience.
