★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually had dealt with the East Auckland reps - very good work. Had one job in the city and got a different rep who was a total joker. Unprofessional liaising with our customer for pre-install visit. Condescending on the phone about the size of the job, then when it was as big as we said, there wasn't enough equipment reserved. Job pushed out. Wouldn't recommend for city jobs if you value your business reputation.
