Went up to level 2 at the food court area I found Hi Tea
So grateful!
Although the stall is tiny, it just gives you what you are looking for
Very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were grabbing dessert and I was wanting something to help wash it down so I grabbed a taro milk tea. The tea was ok. The taro flavour was a bit faint but it was there. There was a milky after taste though. The pearls were nice but were on the softer side but still chewy.

I really enjoyed, vibe is cool ,so many options to choose from..guy with long hair handling over the drinks and wiping each drink glass with white piece of clothe I think that was Epic..well Done YOU ✔️ ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a boba and a bubble tea lover who used to drink bubble tea weekly but now drink it “EVERYDAY”risking diabetes. I can confirm to every “True tea and milk tea lover” that Hitea’s milk tea is the best. Haven’t tried fruit teas here, but if it is milk tea then you can only hate it if you hate tea :) It could use a bit more milk flavour if Hitea wants to satisfy the customers who aren’t happy with the milk teas. I think the tea flavour may be a bit “too strong” for them. Service was great today! 5 stars definitely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bubble tea in Auckland. This is the 2nd time to visit this store. We bought 5 drinks. All of them are very blend. The bobs are overcooked.
Even the classic bubble milk tea flavour you can't really taste the milk tea at all.
Would rather drink normal water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never had a good experience with their milk teas cause they are all either very watery (not milky) or they tasted bland… this is the first and only bubble tea place where I bought a brown sugar milk tea and the pearls are standard ones, not cooked in brown sugar, disappointed yeh ..
but, their slush are very nice, dragonfruit or matcha and their passionfruit pop is also nice, it’s artificial but refreshing nice, can’t complain cause it’s the best you can get at commercial bay.

The peach oolong that I ordered just taste like water and it cost $8.60. Friends bubble tea also very thin and tasteless. Not a second time.
