★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was extremely slow and disorganized, took over 20 minutes for 2 drinks! And the number after us got their drinks first. Also AC doesn't seem to be working in the store, very hot! Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New bubble tea choice in town. Tried due to buy 1 free 1 promotion, brown sugar bubble tea. Too bad, no taste of tea. Slow service as staff may not be familiar yet, probably need to improve the station setting, all orders were stuck at packing & delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very into their fruit drinks. But just worried about the calories. Maybe should do artificial sugar fruit drinks. So lower calorie intake. I usually ask for little or no sugar and add my own artificial sugar.
Overall still very good. A must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bubble tea place. Drinking is average but acceptable. bakery items are over priced to even try it so I can not judge on that but the item does look cute with little puppy shape cake. Inside the YoYOloo i guess, good to look around after get a drink( i try as i got groupon voucher)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered traditional bubble tea, mango cream sogo and chocolate ice cream. I enjoyed them more than other tea shops, the staff was very friendly and it only took about 3-4 minutes for my order. Overall delicious drinks and nice staff. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must praise the teasoon team for having such great team work on such stressful environment.
It was after the Santa Parade, extremely busy, hot, and such long queues.
I thought they would not do their promised by one get one opening promo, but they still honour their promise even with so many people of course not wanting to miss out on that.
The cashier was helpful in recommending things and pointing out what has been sold out.
Teas were great and certainly will be back for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new bubble tea shop at Queen Street, Auckland. Opening special: buy one get one free. Waited for 20 minutes to get my order: two brown sugar bubbles tea. The teas was pretty good and the bubbles were lovely. The staffs need to be trained.
