★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous first time experience. Abby was lovely, very friendly and put you at ease right away. Very professional and I was excited to be able to see the camera image of the inside of my ears. You could actually see at the same time she was explaining the problem. I would highly recommend this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, such an amazing service. Highly recommended clinic without a doubt. Right from booking appointment online till the payment in the end, every step was smooth and extremely user friendly. Abby is a remarkable audiologist who not only excels at her work but is an incredibly polite, sweet and friendly person. I was super scared before the earwax removal procedure due to a negative past experience somewhere else but at Hobsonville Hearing, I did not face a single moment of discomfort or pain at any point. Abby constantly kept checking in how I was feeling during the process, was very gentle and showed great care and concern. Within minutes, my ears were unblocked and I could hear things crystal clear. I don't think it is possible to find a better audiology clinic than this in Auckland!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! They were able to make a same-day appointment for me (which I greatly appreciated), and all the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. Most importantly, my ears are much better now! Their price was also very reasonable (compared to other clinics within Auckland).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really pleased to discover Hobsonville Hearing, as I'd previously been going into the city for micro-suctioning (ear wax). The online booking was very easy and I was actually able to get an appointment on the same day. Abby was very friendly, kind and professional and I can't speak more highly of my experience. I have already recommended Abby to some of my friends and will be going back soon for a full hearing test. Wonderful to have an audiology clinic close-by that was even better than the city clinic I had been going to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was fortunate to have found a same day service and once I arrived the staff were very friendly, kind and took time to understand my issue. Loved the technology that Abby uses to show what really goes on in one's ear, nothing like I have seen from other ear clinics I have been to, best of all she took good care of my ears. Phoebe is amazing at the front office, keep doing what you do best ? ?. Thank you for your service I'm sure to book again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abby is an amazing person. She was rather gentle with my 12yr old daughter in getting wax out of her blocked ear.
We did had to wait 45min to go in after we HAD an appointment for a set time. They all thought we were a walk-in appointment and let other people in before us. We sure weren't impressed by it, as we all are on short time... But Abby tried to make it right by not charging us. We definitely appreciated it. Hopefully they can work on their administrative part a bit more to make things run smoother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a blockage on my left ear for 3 days & had difficulty in hearing, dizziness & agitation. It was my first time experiencing a micro-suctioning & I was satisfied with the services. Quick, easy & simple! I was very pleased that there was so many available times & fast responses for appointments as it only took me the next day to book-in. Other audiology services were fully booked or would have too book in advance which was next month. Awesome service & a great first time experience.
Thank you, Abby! Very kind, informative, professional & would highly recommend her :-) Also, during the micro-suctioning she may had detected a mole/skin-cancer within my left ear. She was concerned and tried to seek other doctors to see if they were free to check any signs. However, the Doctors were very busy but Abby made sure for me to see my GP urgently. I was very relieved that my GP had confirmed there were no signs of skin cancer but had detected an ulcer & it is very treatable. I have already started treatment & luckily Abby had detected some signs of concerns early.
