โ โ โ โ โ I've been a customer at Glenfield Mall for many years and the customer service was outstanding, the Manager of the store ordered my contact lenses almost two weeks ago which I still, have not received I called and went to voice-mail , my call was not returned. I then went on Friday to enquire about my lenses because I need it for my eye exam coming up this week, he was extremely rude to me and threatened to call security if I don't leave. I am devastated and have decided to go to Albany instead.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff are so professional and friendly. Had my eye test, which was very thorough. Then went to staff to discuss glasses options, this was when it got interesting. As I only needed one pair, not the promotion. As I needed progression lens, it worked out $860. However I don't understand how using my own frame worked out more expensive, $880, than taking up the offer of $299. I walked out.

โ โ โ โ โ Spec savers Glenfield Mall. What outstanding service. Originally over Xmas I was helped by I think he was South African. He was amazing. Sorted me out with a new frame as my one was only a few months old & broke. Frame had been discontinued therefore I could pick whatever frame. Then on pick up, Leslie sorted the hand over of the glasses. Fantastic guys. Be a leader for NZ.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent customer service by Leslie and colleague. I came in with a distorted frame, the staff attended to me quickly and referred the matter to Leslie. She fixed my glasses in a jiffy! Very friendly and highly recommended

โ โ โ โ โ I went for a health check (free with AA membership) I needed new glasses and have put off getting hearing aids because of vanity and cost. I made an appointment for the hearing aids and have dealt with the lovely, professional and kind Mikhael who also is hearing impaired and young so he understands how you feel. The price was also half of what I was quoted from there competitors. Excellent service and seamless experience.

Tiffany did my eye exam and she did an excellent job, she went above and beyond to make sure I get the most comfortable lenses for my eyes. Hands down she is the best optometrist I have visited!
