Been a member since 2014. Goods purchased over the years have been excellent quality. Customer service recieved (phone, email, face to face) over this period has also been great. However, I DO NOT recommend long term. Yes they're convenient but very on-going.

They don't even answer their emails within 4 office hours more like 4 office days and then the other week when I missed a payment I emailed them saying they can take my missed payment on top of last weeks payment and then today they emailed me back saying I needed to contact them about my missed payment and they're charging me double the price of my phone which is usually $600 but I have to pay off $1200 and I have anxiety which means I don't like talking on the phone unless it's necessary and since they have an email I shouldn't have to call them up and I bet I'll just get and automated response

Hi I'm just sharing how a sales came to talk to me about buying stuff at first I didn't trust it but what I liked about it was payments are affordable n there products are branded. The sakes rep was very cheerful n well mannered very friendly as well also the rep that I spoke to over the phone very friendly n very respectful. I can't thank them enough for my application being approved.

I have an account with home direct. I was allowed an account subject to contract before the law change in April. Since then I have had many mishaps and tried to arrange time to pay on my accord still due to the contract and now I have been introduced into a new business criteria which I am now having problems with because home direct is actually the same company as lifestyle money. And before this change I was subject to the contract with home direct and so I asked to be put with a collections team to stop sales reps doing field visits which they say are free but on my account I have several field charged visits. So it’s very strange and confusing having to deal with two now entities under the same company. I would not advise buying and account with home direct or lifestyle money NZ.

Really good service today from one of the reps. Made my outgoing payment worth every penny. Jasmeet had explained all the terms and conditions thoroughly for me to understand.
