I have been working with Travel Professionals for almost 2 years in my new position. Travel Professionals consultants have a true knowledge of the Pacific area and their staff are very skilled travel agents.
As the Conference/Events/Travel Coordinator of an International organisation that employs more than 600 staff which brings assistance to all the Pacific Islands Countries (Health, Fisheries, Tropical Agronomy etc.…) I have to approve all travel undertaken by 400 hundred Professionals.
Those Professionals are constantly travelling to either attend conferences or (and mostly) organise conferences, workshops and meetings that will displace hundreds of people annually. Travel Professionals is our preferred travel provider because their consultants understand our needs, not only sourcing the most economic and shortest routes, but also being able to make constant changes to suit the needs of the countries.
Our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) swears by their services, in fact they even bypass me to deal directly with Travel Professionals as they are kind, reactive, often proactive people. Our Organization is known for being difficult to serve as we send our people to the remotest places in the Pacific Islands Countries. Travel Professionals staff have always been extremely patient with us, never said a word against any task we subject them to, they can start and start again, constantly, without a complaint. In one word: no business is too small or too difficult for them.
As our SLT remarked to me once: it’s not enough to have the best airfare, what Travel Professionals provide us is service and peace of mind.
