★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave was amazing. Rung him this morning to say our glass fire door had shattered. He came out to take a look, took the door away and repaired it and reinstalled it again by early afternoon! So fast and efficient and such a fair price too! Will definitely recommend Dave for any fireplace issues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned this outfit on Thursday 23rd Jan to ask him to come and have a look at what needed to be done to repair our log burner. Said he would come that day so we waited all day and heard nothing as to why he had not come. Phoned him that evening and rescheduled for Tuesday 28th Jan in the morning he said. So again we waited all morning, heard nothing, phoned him late morning were told 2pm. At 2.30pm we phoned again to be told by someone called Sandy he had gone to Kamo to see someone was then going to pop back and have lunch with her and then come to us. Were we going to be in she said I informed her NO we had to go out shopping and told her to tell him to sod off. Apart from being rude and inconsiderate it is arrogant to think people have time to waste waiting around for him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried for a couple months to contact this company, from unanswered emails and three different people calling and texting. Finally got someone to come over and look at the fire place who I found very abrupt and overall quite rude. Was told to text my email address so I could receive a quote, which I did as soon as he left. Over two weeks later and still no quote or contact. Got tired of chasing and went to a different company, quote received the same day. Doesn't even deserve one star, would not recommend
