★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They close at 4pm which is very inconvenient for anyone who has a 9-5pm job. Most days they close a bit early. That One day you make time from work to fill gas and be there at 3pm, shutters closed, they say, they don't have enough gas while they're filling a truck load of gas cylinders to transport..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a customer for 5 years, however, recently they have bad delivery service. I have ordered the gas cylinder 1 week ago, and they still don't have a delivery date. Absolutely ridiculous. Called then twice already, said they have no solutions. They really need to think about their business strategy because I can say right now, it is really bad. Especially during winter, when households use more gas than usual. Absolutely ridiculous service. Would not recommend. Needless to say the last two times I ordered the gas, they have been having "shortages". Shows a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service, multiple errors in delivery, often took away the wrong bottle, never had a credit for unused gas and when we changed providers they took away an ALMOST full 45kg bottle (used for three days) and when asked about a refund were told nope, only refund on full bottles. Would not recommend and will never use again.

Justin and the team made sure I got my gas bottle exchanged and delivered really quickly this morning. I had failed to notice I was low and ran out late last night. The fast service meant my clients didn't experience cold hair washes today.
