β β β β β The food here is terrible old and not up to the standard food safety. However roti is famous of this place like homemade. We bought a box of khaman and it was soury and stinking, kachori was hard as and bataka vada was old too. After calling them on store they advised khaman supposed to be soury. I wasn't having it for the first time we've been having khaman since childhood.

β β β β β Firstly, they did not deliver all the items that their menu CLEARLY states are included in the thali. There was no dhal and so I called the restaurant and they simply responsed with "we dont include this anymore". They were not willing to help rectify the misleading text. The potato curry had pieces that were uncooked. The paneer dish was clumpy and very tough.
Overall the food tasted like it was cooked days ago. Very disappointed especially for something you are paying over $30 for.

β β β β β Their khandvi is amazing. Polite staff at the counter. We tried their dahi puri, which was good.
A friend told us their batata vadas are really good, so will be back again to try them out.

β β β β β Location = 5/5 Parking Plenty(Shared Building/Parking)
Overall Service = Great 5/5
Food/Presentation = Good 4/5
What i ate = Veg Thali (refer picture) 3 roti, 3 curry, rice, pickle, papad.
Good 4/5
Drinks = Masala Chai 5/5(amazing flavour) $ 3
Bill Value = $10 $ for 1
Negative = Chapatis/Roti too rubbery and hard - 2/5
Suggestion = try different recipe for chaptis - previously they were quite popular for soft chapatis but they have been using machine to press lately hence the rubbery texture.

β β β β β This place needs to improve. Can also see from the last time we have bought food from here that the prices have increased. Chutney should be given free with samosas & vadapav but yet we're charged & the owner is sometimes hesitant. Food isn't too bad, but not enough quantity for the money spent + sometimes you're overcharged, so be mindful.

β β β β β Bad service with the strange attitude by owner. As everyone knows, samosa and other snacks which needs Chutney or any kind of sauce comes with it. These guys charge extra for it. No problem with it but then try to say it in a nicer way. Food looks good but the taste is avg. Customer service BIG 0 star. You will find better taste and great service in Sandringham. Never giving these guys any business again. ???
