β β β β β Not the cleanest Indian Supermarket out there!! There is the elderly man who works mostly in the vege restocking area is extremely rude. Doesnt cares about customers waiting to inspect and pick and continues with his own stuff - have seen this happen a few times now.
Veges are not of good quality, mostly been sitting there for ages.
Remember you cant break off the root of the Coriander or you will be charged a separate price - not sure if this is within the limits of acceptable consumer laws. Who uses the roots of the coriander.
Spices section is mostly unattended. Empty dispensers are not filled in timely manner.
Cashiers need to work on their customer service and attitude. No greetings and thanking.
Typical Indian mindset with the feel of no obligation towards customer service.
And yes they don't have a Website yet for online shopping, any business feeling their sense of responsibility to be able to reach out to their customers in these unsafe times have not been even given a slight thought.
2 stars for the huge range of products they have.

β β β β β Canβt give less than 1 star so am forced to do so.
Deserves half a star for the variety and reasonable pricing of Indian groceries and two MIDDLE FINGERS for customer service. Looks like the staff have been told to be rude else there mightβve been glimmers of politeness here and there.
Please do not go if you can help it!!!

Today I was incorrectly charged higher for some items on discount
Only when I checked the receipt and raised objection to counter lady, then she changed it.
Hence I strongly advise all to check bill amount vs. display amount before you collect your items.
Otherwise the prices fairly higher especially meat

β β β β β This is a good shop with a great range of fruit and vegetables. They also have an amazing variety of spices. They also sell meat and dairy products, which means that you can get most things you need here for cooking.

β β β β β There was no option to give "Zero" star rating so I had to give 1. This place is a ripp off, they charge lot more on most of their items than the advertised price. They are selling lot of expired items at their full price. Highly recommend everyone to shop elsewhere as there are many other places that are lot cheaper and sell fresh items. Also, recommend always check your receipt before leaving the place as you are most likely going to find few items they have overcharged. NEVER BUY the item that is not priced as they Do not price them for obvious reason.
