β β β β β We entered two contracts with Homeland Construction Limited, for two projects of renovation of a studio and upgrading washrooms facilities on 3 floors at our two commercial buildings, to the extend Wang Chen and his entire team carried out an excellent works, not cutting the corner and used highest quality products as well as workmanship pursuant to the signed contracts. Wang Chen is very responsible always on time and response promptly, he and his team worked very hard and tireless even during the weekend which most of the builders and contractors donβt, both projects were completed on time just perfect and absolutely nothing to complain, accordingly, our tenants also are so happy and pleased of the works, this firm particularly Wang Chen highly recommend.

β β β β β I used Chen and his team for 2 Reno projects. The first was a small bathroom renovation and that was done on time and well, but unfortunately, the second job (garage renovation) is the total opposite of the smaller bathroom Reno. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for bigger jobs, the garage Reno is 7 months behind schedule, the workmanship is so so poor and had to be re-done (painting, flooring etc) multiple times. Now we have a mould/leak issue that I have had to take up with Master builder dispute. Very disappointed as the first experience with a small quick job was a positive one, but I totally DO NOT recommended for anything bigger than a simple bathroom Reno.
