★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, professional staff but MY GOD it was expensive. 2x A3-sized cushion covers (each cushion only cost £15 each, I might add) - $50 to dry clean them? I know it's Epsom but really?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Occasionally over the years I have used Roses and other than once the alterations have been done well. However I have rung twice now about small alterations and they seem now to have standard charges that are simply too high for such little simple jobs. Maybe they are too busy to want this work and that is why this has occurred.

A growing baby bump meant there was a bit of guess work in the measurements, but Sarah did a wonderful job and even improved the overall fit across my shoulders! Really really pleased and it was a stress free experience :)
