I’m a mechanic and having been using this company for years since it was strong for Honda, purchasing parts through my business. Every time I deal with them there is a problem .... highly recommend just go elsewhere

On arrival, I was advised that they would not give full refund, would only give a store credit or purchase price of 30%. Very disappointing as this was discussed over the phone with lance.
