★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and Formost Paul Jack is not the normal car sales manager. He is very receptive to the customers needs. Which makes you think you are dealing with a orginision that seriously cares what the customer wants and needs. We are very happy that we settled for the hybrid jazz with the fuel situation in the country. Nearly 500km and just hit the Half tank mark. When we told friends about the tan upholstery they had doubts but on seeing it for real we have not had one negative comment only praise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at the North edge of Whangarei CBD, the Honda Store boasts a prime site with excellent retail and service facilities. Easy to walk to, but off-street parking available each time I visited.
My vehicle purchase experience was excellent. On my first visit I was able to view (inside and outside) a range of new and late model vehicles unhindered and without any hassles (while being discreetly observed).
Once chatting, no pressures or hassles. Sales team members low key, astute, professional, discerning and informative. Adele happily showed me some Honda unique car features I was unaware of - they need to be seen to be understood.
Upon my second visit Jesse was equally low key (no pressure) and demonstrated great knowledge about vehicle features and avaibilities. He astutely and professionally assisted me make a vehicle choice, select various optional benefits, and place a purchase order with a very reasonable delivery time frame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't be happier. For years we've been getting our cars serviced by Pacific. After some unacceptable experiences with our Mazda we decided to buy a Honda HRV from our local dealer. What an amazingly different atmosphere. Friendly smiles from everyone, including the mechanics. We felt welcome and valued instead of being a burden. Unlike Pacific our car was returned to us valeted inside and out. I could go on, but I'll leave it there. Thank you Honda for renewing our trust in vehicle dealerships.

Highly recommend these guys they are easy to talk to friendly and willing to help when you purchase a new vehicle. I’m so happy with my new CRV only problem I have now is me and partner fight over who gets to drive it. Thanks heaps to the team at Whangarei Honda shop absolutely awesome!
