★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd bad experience & it looks like my first 1 star rating has been removed as well. I had a consult with a doctor for a sore arm, when offered kinesio tape - after leaving and paying my bill, I received an invoice in the mail demanding $10 for Kinesio tape!!!! I wasn't aware of the charge, I was not advised of this charge at any time. IF I was, I would have said forget about it. Found a 10' 3 pack KT Tape at Rebel sports for $5, why on earth would I agree to pay double for one???!?!?! You guys suck. Also, if this is deleted, I will re-post it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly one of the best medical practises I have ever come across in my life. Staff of this charitable trust go the extra mile each and every time to provide caring and thoroughly professional service and health care to their patients. Staff are always available to drive our kaumatua to appointments if necessary, they visit him at home if necessary, they always treat him with the utmost respect and maintain his dignity and mana at all times. The practise also subsidise his prescription costs, and provide an affordable service to those on low incomes, and we as a whanau cannot speak highly enough of Hora Te Pai.
