β β β β β Haven't gotten to see a doctor.... although they did send a message via reception to go to the casual clinic instead. I agree with those saying reception staff ignore people waiting.... I had to be quite assertive to get any attention at all.... even though I was standing RIGHT in front of them holding an obviously very sick child.

β β β β β I love this practise. The staff are friendly and it is relatively easy to get a Dr or Nurse appt. My GP is the best. Spends more than 10 minutes with me if needed. Listens to what I say.

β β β β β We would like to register in this medical center today. A maori lady who worked at reception was horrible. She yelled at me not talking any new patients and also told us to go to Parmerston North to see a doctor if we were sick. I was shocking on her attitude and terrible customer service. I don't think that lady should work there if she doesn't like her job. Not helpful, not care about people at all. I am very disappointed. Not recommend to go to this medical center.

β β β β β During COVID lockdown I received a registration form for my daughter with a letter stating that I needed to complete the form if I wanted her to stay registered. I complete the form but was not allowed to physically drop the form off due to COVID restrictions so I posted it. Then a month later I receive another registration form for my daughter. When I contacted the practice they told me that they had not received the first one - once again I was told I could not bring the form to the practice due to COVID so I posted it again. Then I heard nothing from them so I assumed they received the form. I now try and book my daughter in for an appointment and they say that she is not Registered and will not register her as they are not taking patients. She has been with this practice since she was 4 year old. None of the practices in Levin are registering new patients

β β β β β Absolutely Hopeless. Wait for ages to get the phone answered. Then they MAKE you see a nurse. THEN you are booked to see a doctor. Wasting valuable time and keeping you in pain for even more time than if you had only seen the doctor. Double handling of patients is just wrong on so many points especially the delayed care of the patient. As a long term patient (dragged back in covid against my will) I have to wait months for an appointment. Not enough Doctors. Uncaring phone staff make this in general a nightmare place to visit. 1 star because it will not let post minus stars

β β β β β Registered my daughter here in 2021, rang up to make an appointment for my daughter in 2022, daughter was not registered. Useless health system we have here in NZ

β β β β β Absolutely disgusting behaviour and atrocious phone service from Liz Lane, have someone calling about a serious inquiry and without even seeing the patient she is denying it. Even when asked if the patient could have an appointment with a doctor she had the audacity to try and say βnot only is a waste of the patients time but also the doctorsβ show some respect to the people trying to talk to a real doctor in person instead of hearing some lady over a phone who obviously hasnβt been trained well enough to be taking calls.
