★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time using the van with this service the admin lady was lovely but the second time the new admin lady was very rude on the phone when I made the booking and then I was late in calling them to cancel and I apologized for the mistake and she rudely said okay and before I could apologize again she hung up on me. And quiet Frankly being rude once I can pass but twice no sorry that's not tolerated and definitely not towards a Mental Health Worker so HMC you have lost our usage of your rentals And please bear in mind have some compassion towards others
especially when they use your service Have a very blessed Day.
