★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condition was ok, bit over priced as ngaruawahia and hukanui less than 10 min away.
Cheap on Mondays but pace of play slower than 2 hours per 9 both times I've played. Staff friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Played 28th July. what a great course,a good challenge with some very interesting holes. Love the layout and the way it makes you think. Greens are excellent with fairways to match. Great course to unwind on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After turning up excited to play this course for the 1st time, we were left very disappointed... Made a booking to play here just to arrive and be told sorry there is a tournament on. No apology. Just a don't care, go somewhere else attitude. Will never visit again. Thankfully another course not too far away came to our rescue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting a friend in Hamilton for a weekend of golf and wanted to play nine holes on Sunday morning, only to be rudely told by one of the staff members that there was a tournament on and we had to be off the course in 1 hour. We had called a week in advance and the lady who answered the phone said that the course would be free on that day. When we told the guy at the club, he rudely said that they have volunteers due to the pandemic and that they make mistakes. No apologies, just a rude " that's how it is".
Instead of blaming your volunteers, be a decent manager and train them. Also maybe take a class on customer service too...
We managed to play at another local course, so a good end to a bad morning.
