★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I listened to a phone call between my wife and the manager of this store today. The manager was difficult to deal with, unhelpful, rude and lacked basic interpersonal and problem solving skills. We will never support this store again. Unfortunately this manager is letting down the good name of the hospice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a variety of goods for example: books, clothing, shoes, handbags, etc. The ladies are so lovely. Love to go in just to see what they have. The shop catches you eye quite easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff are friendly. But I experienced the worst customer service in my most recent visit. When I tried to put down a big pile of things I'm going to buy at the counter because my hands were full. And I told the lady that I'm just going to try a dress and she was very rude and said that I've been there for a while and there are people waiting outside. So I put the dress back and paid for the things I've got and left.
