★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt not welcome here. I came here and politely show them my exemption mask cover card. And the lady treat me as an alien. Asked me to stay far away just because I don’t have the mask on. There is no wrong with me, Just with her attitude that so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second visit in a few years to this second hand shop. On both occasions I have encountered staff that are not the friendliest. Maybe there is an expectation because they are a charity that we as customers have to put up with the nonsense.
Are items sold by deception. They are happy to take your money, and sell you something that is not 100% working as it should. Do they write a note on the item and say what is not working, no.
To the lady at the counter. You were rude, and totally did not get what was said. For that you undercharged the overall price to be paid. I would have been happy to pay the full amount, but because I did not like your rudeness, I did not correct you.
