★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Rotorua store today and was really disappointed with the customer service. Me n my husband was there to buy a couple of stuffs and there was a lady in the counter named Angela she seems to be unhappy with that. When i went there to ask whether i can exchange some stuff i bought a week ago at first stance she said just NO and that too in a very rude way. After that her assistant said if i can show my bank transactions related to that item that stuff can be exchanged, i did that. That again was handled by her very rudely!! As she was screeming at us while we were having a look and the store items. After that we asked to show us some options in car seat the assistant went to show that and she did her work completely fine. When we asked for some specials in the products, she denied in a very rude way and her body language was completely non acceptable for a customer service job. We were about to buy two gift cards but we didn’t buy because of her she completely spoiled our mood. We gonna share our experience in our friend circle and will never go back there again and ask our friends as well to quit going !!! Such a disappointment!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently hired a child's car seat from this store and I found that the staff were very helpful. They even checked my car for me to make sure I had the correct anchor points for installing the car seat safely. The cost of hiring the seat for a week was also very reasonable and the bond was refunded promptly. Overall I highly recommend this company if you need to hire equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to the very pleasant young lady For helping me today i think her name was Grace :) but the other staff member there doesn't look very happy as she does not smile & looks like shes all over the place. she also doesn't look professional as she was wearing scuffs/jandals and baggy clothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good experience turned horrible in their Rotorua branch. All other staff were helpful and kind, but the manager, Cheby I think is her name, (not too sure as I had a quick glance in her nametag) was quite rude and unprofessional. Not what you expect from a retail establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good store, however clothing racks are tightly packed, so it is quite difficult to navigate a stroller around. Good range of stock, something for everyone's budget. The clothing is good value for money. Staff are a bit hit and miss, but I have encountered some very friendly ladies there with helpful suggestions; they also carried my newly purchased stroller to my car when I was pregnant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't needed to venture in there in a while but recently being pregnant took me in there a couple of times, first time I went in 2 staff were behind the counter discussing personal matters while I walked up and down the shop trying to find what I was after, no acknowledgement whatsoever, I finally gave up and went and interrupted their conversation only to be told that what I was after had to be purchased online... annoyed that I wasted time looking for something that wasn't there but whatever... second time I had been told that I needed to start expressing before baby was due, so went in having an idea of what I needed but a bit unsure, we were acknowledged this time and given options, we asked if we could be left to discuss what we wanted, when we went to counter to purchase, staff member went straight past us to another couple looking at pushchairs etc, my husband ran out to the car to get my wallet so I was left standing there, very heavily pregnant, finding it hard to breath with mask on and ended up nearly lying across the counter cause we were having to wait so long to be served, we tried to be patient but the staff member just carried on following the other couple around the shop, I couldn't take it any longer and we just left the stuff on the counter and walked out. Now having had my baby and needing a breast pump that we decided not to stand around waiting for, and worried they wouldn't have in store, because of my previous experiences, I rung ahead to double check they had it and said my husband would be in to buy.... when he went to collect the 2 staff decided to have an open discussion about who got to process the sale because they "made the sale". First of all, shame on you, having worked in retail over 10 years im disgusted in the behavior of the staff in this shop and second maybe if they upped their service they wouldn't have to follow the "big spenders" around and argue over who gets to process sales. I absolutely cringe at the thought of ever having to go back to this place.
