The customer service was terrible the lady that served us was very rude I asked to PAY for 2 containers for sauce and she all she said was NO in the rudest tone with her earbuds plugged in the whole time when we walked in she was laughing watching a video on her phone and after seeing us got annoyed at us probably because we interrupted her youtube video she also refused to give us the rice and sauce that came along with the drypot and it wasn't just one time everytime I go there by myself or with friends she does the same thing refusing service and being rude for no reason we weren't loud at all, all we did was go up to the counter after choosing our ingredients to pay and all we got was her being rude because it was an inconvenience for her. Honestly if you hate your job that much why work there at all. Do not recommend this place customer service is absolutely awful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a first-timer so I won't be saying that they always have good services but I had excellent service here today.
Asian businesses' customer service is always a hit and miss. I hope they continued to keep up their customer services as it will help them when competing against other restaurants.
They provided a friendly, caring, clean, and professional service today. Their food is also really fresh compared to other restaurants that I have been to.
I used to drive 40+ mins to the city or Dominion Road for the same food. It is nice to find something closer to home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed experience here. They offered a free bowl of rice over $20 purchase, but not allow me to take away the UNFINISHED rice even I told them I can pay for the container. I don’t want to waste food but they insisted saying their free rice is only for dine-in not for takeaway. Excuse me?! I have ordered takeaways so many times over $20 they always offer free rice in foam container. Why can’t I just takeaway my unfinished rice at the restaurant? Just out of curiosity, what would they do with customer’s leftovers???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of food for your bowl here. If you spend over 20 in your bowl, you get a free drink or rice with your meal which helps with the spice. Theres also a nice little sauce stand with stuff like vinegar, garlic, chilli, peanut sauce and sugar.
Good place if you want a spicy kick

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect neighborhood spot if you're wanting something different and a unique experience. There's a selection of meats, seafood and veggies to select from. My go to is always the spicy dry pot, and you will not be disappointed with this choice. You also get unlimited rice and a free drink when you spend past 20 bucks. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent price and very popular place. Spicy noodle where you pick what goes in and choose it dry or in a soup base. It is hot but really good.
A few stores like these around the city centre so this one out here is great!
Only issue is that some of the food doesn’t seem the freshest in my opinion
