★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always enjoyed the service and food at Lyallpur. The food was still good but the customer service was terrible. The lady took our orders was really not interested in any customer service. We were dining in. I placed an order, added a few more items, she asked for payment. I advised we will pay all together. When my friend ordered, she made her pay even tho we were still dining. Pathetic service. Not coming back again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Too much attitude and ego !
food taste is below average.
Especially the lady at the counter has soo much attitude towards customers treating them like we have come for free food.
First she declined to offer a table for dine in even though many tables were empty, after asking multiples times she gave us a table. The tables were not cleaned and have food left over from other customers. They weren't interested in cleaning the tables when asked. We ordered 4 items from the menu after waiting more than 30 min the food arrived but the drinks did not arrive, I asked the lady at the counter how much more time she screamed at me with attitude saying JUST WAIT!
I don't understand why they treating customers like garbage. To much ego and attitude.
The management needs to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got takeaways from here on a recommendation of a friend. If you’re from Delhi and missing those Haldirams and Bikanerwala style vegetarian street foods option and taste, then this is the place to go. I was amazed by the taste. I ordered the schezwan pasta, steamed momos, tandoori momos and chowmein and I loved it all. My Delhi friends in Auckland, if you’re truly missing home just eat from here at least ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long time, I had the opportunity to visit Lyallpur and ordered cholle bhature, raj kachori, masala dosa, and amritsari thali. To begin with, the bhature were good, but the cholle were terrible, and the samabar was nothing more than warm water with vegetables. Finally, the raj kachori was like a floating raita. Definitely not coming again.

The staff is not welcoming and presentable poor customer service.we ordered soya malai chap which is not malai chaap at all ,second we ordered masala dosa in which sambhar was very watery tasteless chutney was good cheese naan ? was nice too. Overall ok

PANI PURI - 2 plates
SCHEZWAN MANCHURIAN - 1plate
TANDOORI MOMOS -1 plate
GRAVY NOODLES -1 plate
SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE -1 plate
CHOLE KULCHE - 2 plates
We ordered takeaways on 20 November and had friends dining with us.
The food was completely tasteless, and the Pani Puri water was spoilt and smelling badly. There was even hair in the Manchurian gravy , the kulchas were under cooked and doughy and the chole was watery and black. Lyallpur service was very bad as well , we called them about the food and they only checked the pani puri water after we complained and realized it was bad. We made a written complaint via email to have a full refund as noone ate the food we ordered. Everything went to the rubbish bin but Lyallpur replied saying they check the food quality before packing it and they can't give a customer their refund. The food quality was never checked when they pack it and after responding for a day they completely stopped responding to the emails and refuse to refund us our money. Lyallpur gave the worst food quality , service and have the worst attitude as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely arranged and presented. Onsite parking available allocated to the shopping complex. If you follow on Google maps, you might get confused. So, just follow it and get to the shopping complex. It is just next to Botany Liquor Center. Their masala chai was not available on the day of my visit (26/Mar/2022), which was frustrating. They offer a range of sweets. For me, it might probably seems to be a Panjabi owner, seeing the sweets available.
