β β β β β Getting started with Airbnb: I wanted to get a organisation to manage my bookings and guests . I contacted three organisations . Airsorted was the quickest to respond and offered an experienced team at a reasonable cost with an excellent approach. They organised professional photos , and with my help wrote a good description of the accommodation and locality but it was not clear that more than one guest booking would receive a startup discount and two bookings obtained this . However, I obtained good reviews from the guests and these contributed to obtaining future bookings .
First bookings : This was managed very smoothly and efficiently . Cleaning standard was checked by a senior member of the management team before the first guest arrived . When I returned to the accommodation after the first 3 bookings the standard of cleaning could have been better . I gave feedback on this .
More recent experiences: The standard of cleaning has improved significantly and has reached the 5* service that Airsorted has been aiming for . Communication between the Airsorted dashboard that I have used and the Airbnb website has not always been as good as I expected . My preferences regarding minimal nights of stay were not carried over resulting in the acceptance of a 2 night booking. I pointed this out to staff and it was quickly remedied . Another aspect was setting the price over the peak holiday season . I was obtaining no bookings and asked Airsorted whether I should reduce the price . A staff member agreed and I then started to get bookings . It would have been preferable if Airsorted had looked into this beforehand .
In conclusion : I have found the management service that Airsorted has given me for Airbnb bookings and guests to be very good. It has resulted in numerous bookings with verified guests who leave my home in a clean , tidy and undamaged condition and who are totoally satisfied with the accommodation and surroundings . In this review I have pointed out some ways in which the service could have been improved for me personally . Any problems are dealt with by Airsorted quickly and efficiently and I would thoroughly recommend the service to others who are contemplating being Airbnb hosts.

β β β β β Many thousands of dollars and countless happy customers have flowed through Air Sorted since we signed up with them. Communication is their strong point, with us or with the guests. There have been NO problems, NO dramas and NO worries. Not a bad record for an Auckland company. Couldnβt do it without them.

β β β β β Good occupancy and proactive communications are working well so far. I like having a person who knows my apartment and who knows me. While sometimes I think they may be a bit quick to meet the market, overall so far so good.
Cleaning can be a bit superficial, which is surprising given the charges. But a great team and great service!

Monday this week I signed up with this rental property company.
That evening my listing was up and running.
48 hours later I had my first booking.
The service was outstanding nothing was a problem.
I have had correspondence everyday offering all the help I need.
I strongly suggest you seriously consider Airsorted you will not be disappointed. They are a lovely young company going places

β β β β β Airsorted is a hassle free amazing company. I have been away, while my place is looked after. Cleaned between visitors, crisp linen and towels, stock of household stock replenished.
Comprehensive pay breakdown, paid on time. The visitors are verified, full names are supplied.
My host David is super friendly, well mannered and efficient, e-mails answered straight away. If he is not available, the support crew gets in touch instantly.
Can't fault them

β β β β β Worst Property Managers I have ever had in my life. The take days to respond, never the same person so the worst customer experience in my life. I had a problem with them wherby they blocked out the property for like for 2 months so I had to book a hotel when i was in Auckland instead of staying at my property which cost me in excess of $700 I called them and asked who is staying in the property to which they replied let me investigatge and come back to you . Which they did a day later to tell me its a mistake we are really sorry about that there multi booking software had a glitch with airbnb. I Ask for them to compensate me $500 towards my hotel stay as a result of there error they offered me only $300 which is an insult and until this day they have neve paid a drop meanwhile I would paid this company thousand and thousands of dollars in commission. So foolish me I gave them a second chance as accidents can happen. I tried to block out dates on the dashboard for my personal up and coming stay however YET again there platform had a glitch and I could not book so I emailed the support team to block out dates for me over 40 days to which they confirmed I flew to Auckland where my property is and yet there are people staying in the property so Im currently in a Hotel again until the guest departs paying hundred of dollars per night. I Can provide proof and emails to anyone wanting a testimonial I own over 50 residential properties and never had this issue before in my life. I terminated there service and DONT recommend them to anyone, This is the first testimonial in my life that I have said this about BE AWARE EVERYONE
