★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest review of customer service. - Been atempting to call them multiple times with a voicemail. Have sent emails and also completed online contact form no response. The hoverboard doesnt allow you to mute the "Bluetooth" messages or turn bluetooth off. I tried to contact them to see how we can turn bluetooth off. I've also noticed that some lights arent working on one side of the hoverboard. It would be nice if they stayed true with the "Great Customer Support" all over the website. Look forward to someone either answering the phone or replying to an email.
