I bought a snowboard binding from that store, the guy was really helpful for my decision making. A lot of good device for customer point view.
And also, the price is the best you can find in NZ (not as another store in town selling old model gear with original retail price).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a gazillion outdoor gear / streetwear shops out there not to mention the availability of online options available these days. Boardertown is one that shows why we should support them and buy local. Their generous return policy allowed for me to return a change of mind purchase (that is still brand new of course) after 3 months. The email responses were helpful and they've made arrangements in advance for my local store to expect me coming in. In-store staff at Botany was top notch and already knew who I am when I entered the store, and they followed through with friendly and helpful advices. Never felt I was pushed to make a purchase and was allowed to take my time to look around. They have obviously put thoughts in choosing their stock lines with some of the top in industry brands.

I travelled some distance and they did not disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service at the Botany store. Our daughter who’s 10 wants to learn how to skate and we went in to purchase her very first board. The guy was really nice. Getting her to try the board out, encouraging her. She felt like a million bucks leaving the store with her board. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. Really sorry we never got the guy’s name but if you do pass on the thanks, we were in the shop today 7th May in the afternoon.
