★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quite like this place. $25 smorgasbord special on Sunday nights. Mains last Sunday were beef, ham and fish pie plus lots more. Very nice passionfruit pavlova to follow as well as fruit and other treats. Oh, and first course soup. The place is noisy and there always seems to be too many children running around with very little parental control. The smorgasbord till has PayWave but the drinks bar does not. How crazy is that? It just makes the bar queue slower and longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great venue, attended wedding. Staff brilliant and when there was a medical incident stepped up and handled superbly. Ambulance called and patient then to hospital whilst staff kept serving and checking and serving guest. Amazing ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely atmosphere and great surroundings with large outdoor area to sit and relax and watch over kids while they play on the very cool playground with soft cork flooring for safety. The howick club offers bar snacks at reasonable prices. The calamari is very nice. It's great place to go for both adults and kids and highly recommend.
