★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take photos of your items if using this drycleaner and don't pay in advance. Lost a pair of trousers with them. They gave us a pair that were not ours, a brand made in Thailand was what we got back. Never purchased any business trousers from Thailand. Took them back and asked if they could locate our trousers. Nope, was told that the docket and tags match the day we collected. However, as SAID...NOT OUR TROUSERS. No offer of compensation or any further action! Will certainly not go here again. Off to another drycleaner!! Disappointing customer service! Or lack of!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my work suit into your store a few weeks ago to get cleaned before my work do. When i got it back, I realised something was different about it. I brought my suit in and it was blue and when it came out it was a different blue. It also had white splodges on it which looked like some thing i do not want to say. I think the owners had a little fun while my suit was around.
