★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Howick Police and Helicopter for rescueing me from the Somerville-Point View Drive walkway. Got caught in a mudslide which was impassable and the light was fading. Tried to climb up the mudslide/waterfall to the fence at the top but got stuck up the cliff and could go neither up nor down. A cry for help and the police, a helicopter, firemen and ambulance turned up. The police and fireman managed to climb down to me and rescue me pulling me out and getting me to the top of the cliff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to make contact either by phone or by physical visit. Central Police had no idea how or where I could find a station that I could visit close to Pakuranga. The phone numbers on web sites all messaged that the phone numbers were inoperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got this letter sent to my house which I thought was from the daycare next door cos the name and address written on the envelope was done in blue ink by a 4 year old instead inside was a ticket for not producing a drivers licence written in the same handwriting as the envelope I paid my 55$ so maybe you can go and by yourself a bl***y printer!!!!1!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the most heart warming encounter with officer here at Howick. I didn't realize they are not open on Friday, needed to certify some document and met an officer in his way out. He kindly offered to certify for me(even though the office is closed) 5-star for always looking out and attend the need for the community!
