Not good. Came here and left after one hour because it lagged so much. Takes forever to update a game like fortnite. Such a waste of money.

I spent an hour and a half trying to get any game to work but nothing downloaded and the staff there cant even solve the problem or give me a refund. I spent $7 to look at the windows home screen.

Terrible. Phoned ahead and asked if they had fax services (they assured me they did) after driving 40 minutes to get there i was informed by the receptionist that her boss isint here and she doesn't even know what a fax is. Know your product!! Dont say you can provide a service when you dont know what it is. Waste of time.

Terrible computers for gaming. They turn off and restart randomly while you're in a game which is really annoying if youre playing competitively.

Great hardware, good peripherals and comfy couch/chairs. BUT Terrible internet. It may be low latency which is good for gaming, but the download speed is horrible, (~300kB/s). If you are playing a game that has had an update in the last 24hrs, you will have to update it yourself which can take between 15 minutes to several hrs depending on the size of the update. I strongly recommend never going here if you want to play a game that is not already downloaded. I would honestly recommend bussing into the city for a couple dollars and going to an internet cafe there even if you only want to game for a couple hour, same/similar hardware, peripherals and seating but far, far better internet (1MB/s+ depending on what net cafe you go to).

Waste of money. We paid to play games, then after a whole lot of messing around trying to get things working, were told we had to then purchase the games on Steam. I haven't been to an internet cafe in 10 years, but back then the whole point of an internet cafe is just to turn up and play. We spent 50 minutes messing around trying to get games to work, only to be told we each have to purchase the games. What's the point in that? Might as well just play at home. They gave us a 50% refund but we still had to pay for an hour of messing around. Oh, and a lot of the menus were in Chinese or some other foreign language... This is New Zealand. Terrible experience, not going back.

Terrible place, you pay for 1 hour, the Chinese guy at the counter gives you 30 minutes and your computer already tells you to go and pay again. Same as you pay for 5 hours you get 4... Then if you tell them that you still have 1 hour left and show them the receipt they tell you not my problem. Terrible place, terrible service. And every time you start a computer you have to download all your stuff that you need to use, and you will be lucky if your mouse or headphones don't disconnect by itself and you have to change computer and download all your stuff again...
