β β β β β Expensive connection, reasonable spec equipment but you're squashed into a tiny space. Messy environment especially on the way into the cafe. While HTCnz is adequate, there are other options available that provide a more comfortable space.

β β β β β I went here with a group of mates to play pubg. When we logged in finally we learned you need to use your own steam accounts to play and since none of us owned the game we couldn't play it. And that was after we got up to ask the lady at the counter 3 times to help us get into the account. We had already paid for an hour so we ended up play Fortnite which was free to play. We wasted at least 25mins trying to log in and access the game. Quite disappointing we could have just stayed home. The staff was little to no help at all

β β β β β Good computers and equipment, but unfortunately they have a really limited number of CS GO accounts that are occupied quickly and PUBG is not in English with no visible option to change it. Toilets and much of the building it occupies is permanently filfthy.

β β β β β Waste of time and waste of money, 40 minutes each visit just waiting for a game to update, told them about it, they did nothing to fix the issue. Contradicted themselves and said you can download any games, payed them money, then told me you cant download games after

β β β β β The staff were quite nice and the equipment seemed to be able to run most games but the hygiene is very poor. The keyboard and mouse were filled with crumbs and covered with oil. I assume they are not cleaned.

β β β β β Honestly the chairs were good, gaming set was pretty good. what really sucked was how dirty the place was and how birds were flying inside everywhere. Needs more daily cleaning, alot of cleaning on the place and the keyboards and computers.
